- You must first make payments to our account before submitting the order form. We will not process forms submitted without the proper payments.
- Once you have submitted the order form, you should receive an automated message stating that your order is being processed. If you do not receive the message, you should try submitting your order again.
- The time of the day when you submit your order will determine when your items are sent for shipping. Generally, orders made before 1 p.m. are shipped on the same day, while orders made after 1 p.m. are only shipped the next day.
- Your items are only shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
- Please keep in mind that POSLAJU has a one-day delivery to most locations in Malaysia. You must wait at least one day for items to reach your postal address. It is impossible for items to reach your postal address on the same day you submit your order.
